Concurrent Engineering Limited collects and processes personal data in order in conduct business with our customers. The information required to do this is:- your full name, telephone number, email address,  job role. We would also need to collect information relating to your organisation such as:-  company name, registered company address, type of industry you operate within.

We collect this data from you through voluntary communications with you where you may give us your identity, contact and professional data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by phone or otherwise.

These cookies may collect information including your IP address, operating system and browser type. This information does not identify you directly except where setting are configured by the user.

Employees who have access to your information do so in order to fulfil a specific job and have all received adequate training to ensure they understand the processes in place to keep your data secure. All information provided to Concurrent Engineering is stored in our password protected Customer Relationship Management System and only information relevant to our business is kept. (name, email, telephone number, company name, address, industry)

 

How we may share the information

All information shared with other Concurrent Engineering systems is only when necessary for contractual purposes, for instance, customer support calls, processing orders and invoicing

We will share your personal data with third parties for the following reason: -

  • To fulfil a job role, employees will have access to the data you have provided
  • In order to provide product and services requested Authorised partners (PTC, Luxion) will need data. You can view their data privacy policies below;
  • With your permission we may share information about you for publicity and marketing purposes online, in print and on social media.
  • Debt collection purposes
  • With any actual or prospective seller or buyer of our business or assets. Information about our customers, held by us will be one of the transferred assets.
  • In order to enforce our agreement in defense of legal claims – this includes sharing information with police other private or public agencies or governmental or representative bodies in accordance with legislation. This also includes public authorities such as finance companies, insurance or other agencies.
  • To protect our rights or those of a third party

We will only disclose information about you to third parties if we are legally obliged to do so or where we need to comply with our contractual obligation to you.

We may also be required to share some personal information as required to comply with the law.

 

Rights of Access and Erasure

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to provide services to you and satisfy any legal obligations or reporting requirements.
