The release of Creo 2.0 marks the latest development in the product design revolution. Creo challenges the pre-conceptions of traditional CAD by extending the scope of the software and allowing greater cross-team collaboration on the design process. While Creo apps are fully integrated for ease of use, they are all distinct and purpose-build for specific aspects of the design process.
Key updates in the Creo 2.0 release
The main highlights from the new Creo 2 update include a brand new Creo app, Creo Options Modeler, to support the creation of modular product design, as well as significant additions to the current Creo apps, with 490 enhancements made across the app range. Take advantage of the possibilities at the early design stage, with new updates to Creo Parametric, Creo Direct, Creo Layout and Creo Sketch.
Creo 2.0 means it is now easier to achieve a full exploration of design possibilities at the concept stage. The full integration of Creo means data can be shared across the different apps and decreases the overall product development timescale.
