Concurrent Engineering  is looking for talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals to join our UK/Irish sales organisation, where you will have the opportunity work with the acknowledged leader in the mature offering of PLM, product lifecycle management.

Our current customer base consist of a large number of companies in a range of industries.  We are looking for motivated sales professionals to work in these market segments, which would include any manufacturer/end users looking to adopt PLM technologies for their respective business.

Many of the world’s largest manufacturing companies are already driving value from the adoption and integration of PLM solutions. The sales team will require the skillset to translate the value proposition of PLM and “Digital Thread” into real-world business value. 



  • Achieve assigned revenue target by selling PTC Windchill complete line of solutions and services to companies in the industrial and commercial products space
  • Provide leadership to a cross-functional account team (sales, presales specialists, services)
  • Significantly extend the existing strategic relationship with customers/prospects
  • Drive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating through close.
  • Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities
  • Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients
  • Build high level executive/SVP relationships and long term partnership



  • 3+ years’ experience in selling enterprise solutions to major accounts
  • Knowledge of PLM solutions or of ERP / MRP solutions
  • Solid experience of discrete manufacturing industry / process manufacturing industry
  • Successful sales track record
  • Able to work in a team and goals driven
  • Consistent top performer/ President’s Club or equivalent
  • Fluent in English



  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
