Do you want to lead an Inside Sales team committed to winning new business, supporting existing customers and over achieving against growth targets?

Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be part of a dynamic management team working to an agreed strategic plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote a fast paced, dynamic and winning culture
  • Lead an Inside Sales Team by demonstrating core values and good decision making
  • Coach, mentor and inspire your team
  • Recruit, on-board and measure performance
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Complete and maintain accurate sale forecasts, data gathering and reports
  • Promotion of PTC / Concurrent offers and events as appropriate

Required Skills:

  • Proven and referenceable inside sales management experience + 2 years preferred
  • Technology based selling experience
  • A proven and successful telephone prospecting approach with metrics
  • Able to show and back up previous sales success
  • Understanding of a sales process and able to articulate this
  • A positive and can do disposition
