Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be part of a dynamic management team working to an agreed strategic plan.
Responsibilities:
- Promote a fast paced, dynamic and winning culture
- Lead an Inside Sales Team by demonstrating core values and good decision making
- Coach, mentor and inspire your team
- Recruit, on-board and measure performance
- Achieve sales targets
- Complete and maintain accurate sale forecasts, data gathering and reports
- Promotion of PTC / Concurrent offers and events as appropriate
Required Skills:
- Proven and referenceable inside sales management experience + 2 years preferred
- Technology based selling experience
- A proven and successful telephone prospecting approach with metrics
- Able to show and back up previous sales success
- Understanding of a sales process and able to articulate this
- A positive and can do disposition
