Concurrent Engineering is delighted to welcome Lloyd Stevens as Customer Success Manager - a newly created role to support its customers across both its UK and Irish businesses.
Having worked with hundreds of customers in the design software space, Lloyd brings a wealth of experience. He will be responsible for driving forward the organisation’s customer-centric focus and ensuring Concurrent Engineering deepens its customer-centric approach. His role focuses on enabling the entire team to provide the right support and guidance to customers.
Lloyd reflects that: “Having worked in the engineering and design software segment for nearly 20 years, I understand the importance of partnering with a customer. Customer success is about truly appreciating the customer challenges and designing solutions to enable them to achieve their goals. I’m excited to start in this newly formed role and look forward to working with the teams at Concurrent Engineering to further develop their Customer Success Engagement Model.”
