Your Impact
- To assist the Renewals Manager with software renewal contracts from a list of identified customers
- Identify new opportunities from within the customer base
- Identify training opportunities from within the customer base
- Ensure weekly and monthly renewal targets are achieved
Your Day-To-Day
- Your responsibility is to manage renewal customer engagements
- Your drive is to expand the footprint of current license usage
- You execute renewal strategies and training plans to ensure renewal KPIs are achieved
- You work with internal teams to close renewals
- Build & manage short and long-term relationships with customers
- Understand and manage customer's enquiries around new requirements
- Flexible outlook in response to varied customer requests
- Reporting to the License Renewals Manager
Your Skills and Knowledge
- Well-organized and driven by results
- Self-motivated
- Able to adapt to changing situations
- Ability to build relationships and influence without authorities
Required
- 1-year experience in an office-based sales role
- Microsoft experience with presentation skills
- Excellent English oral communication and listening skills
- The right to work in the UK
